I've always been fascinated by graffiti. I have seen some beautiful art in graffiti. But the messages people leave in public restrooms is a special kind of graffiti. It is like a message in a bottle. The intended recipient may receive the message. But does the intended reader ever see it? Perhaps there are even little tidbits of urban wisdom to be found among the scrawled profanity and professions of love.
